RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom and intangible nature of digital marketing services, such as content creation, SEO, social media campaigns, and consultation, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes services rendered under both one-time projects and ongoing campaigns.

If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services within the specified time frame or if there is a clear failure to meet project deliverables, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, a refund may be issued for the portion of the work not completed or delivered.

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a pro-rated refund may be issued for any unused portion of services, based on the work completed to date. Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been delivered or for marketing campaigns that have already run.

Please note that any payments made for paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are handled directly through third-party platforms and are non-refundable. We will assist in optimizing your ad campaigns but are not responsible for any funds spent on these platforms

To ensure successful outcomes, it is the client's responsibility to provide timely feedback, required materials, and approvals. Delays in client input or changes to the project scope may affect deliverables and timelines but will not warrant a refund.
